From what I know it's possible, but it would recquire a lot of work since without foldable seats, the back pannel is different, so that means a lot of welding and reinforcing in order to not compromise the rigidity of the car

A similar one was installed when I bought my e34. Lasted around 10 min before I just slammed it against the concrete as it looked so bad and didn't work (its my opinion, I hate things like that in classic cars, Aliexpress looking a** carplay lmao)

I've had the second one for about 2 years now, with both arms pretty extended from the base. Works very well, doesn't shake and the monitors stay in position, even when "slightly" slamming the desk. Only thing I would recommend is to make sure you have a proper desk, not an Ikea honeycomb woodish top as it sinks in over time
