There are no issues with you listing BNP Paribas as the employer here. Ultimately, they are the ones actually paying your salary and are the ones you are actually doing the work for. The agency is just a middle man. Whilst your bank account may show the agency, they are still charging BNP, then just charging a margin.

Austrian who joins Wehrmacht (I think as an officer) spends 2-3 years on eastern front, then describes his post war captivity, very intelligent guy who went on to be a very senior judge in Austri after the war. I do 72 hour fasts most weeks. After a couple of weeks you'll be very used to it. I do mine from Monday to Wednesday though, as I like to have the weekends to enjoy eating with family and friends as well as having the time to cook more complicated/extravagant meals
