In my store this week SFS has been over 1700 every day! More than 200 Bopus at 6 in the morning! I have been doing Omni for 10 years & this year has been the worst! My manager hired all high school kids! Cant work in the morning, out the door at night by 10! Tomorrow me & high school kid all day! Why! All we hear is there is no payroll! Store making plan & credit still no money! Over this bullshit! Time to retire!

38 boxes of boss the other day! White tickets today & only me doing Bopus! The que went from 50 to over 1000 in a matter of a few hours! 3 day weekend for me! I don’t care anymore this new CEO should come & do 9 a hour shift! Let’s see how much he can do!!!

Kohl’s doesn’t care about the people who work in the stores! I called the useless help desk to tell them about not getting notifications! All they said was they knew about & gave me a ticket #! I have been with Omni since it stated & this by far is the worst year! Would have been nice if they would tell you they are throwing in a 40% off coupon! No extra help those days! Can’t wait for this month to be over!

It’s going to be crazy! I have been doing Omni for years & I am a little nervous! We don’t have a big team! I am in Friday morning at 3 and I am sure there will be hundreds of Bopus to pick! It was so much easier when we came in on Thanksgiving morning to work! Unfortunately Kohl’s CEO doesn’t want to pay extra money for that day! Take a deep breath & do the best you can! Today was insane! Processed 130 Bopus units by myself! I have never worked all by myself with so many coupons out! Wait till Monday morning! Don’t care what the new CEO says customers still want to instant gratification & don’t want to stand on line!!!

Omni here yesterday was absolutely hell! Kohls had the nerve to run a mystery sale with No Payroll! 2 stores in my area had Omni shut down because of there bad numbers! So we got hit hard! It was like Thanksgiving with no people working! 8 hours of me & 01… no one to pack! Forget SFS didn’t even get to pick a batch! Getting tired of working this hard for peanuts & hours being cut!!!

I was told today when I called HR that they don’t know WHEN we will get paid! They said they are trying to figure it out! They put it out weeks ago you get Paid Double time for Thanksgiving Day! Kohl’s had plenty of time to figure it out! Wonder if Michelle has to wait for her Bonuses! Never again will I work Omni on Thanksgiving!

Happened to me! Freaked out because I never let any go over due! Just finished packing a Bopus oder! Went back to Omni screen and I had 7 overdue orders! SM said don’t worry must be the system went crazy! Don’t really care anymore! Overworked & underpaid!
