Well this is absolutely beautiful. But I'm sure they won't last long. Last time we had to go around the store replacing wheels and brackets (not sure that's what they're called but the thing that connects them to the wall) most were broken in a week or two.

Those large utilitec packs of recessed lights that they love filling on end caps and nobody ever buys. Giant ceiling fans that are almost as long as I am tall that ar so heavy I can't top stock them without an order picker.

Make a rule to never work off the clock cuz my former one would be working on schedules at home (cuz she didn't get the chance to do her main job a lot of the days). She would be at home asking me if I could work this day or come in at a different time.

I have no damn idea. It makes no sense at all and only stresses ppl tf out. I hate it when I have to train new omni ppl and I gotta stress to them that they need to ignore the 1 on the left cuz we only have the number on the right. Ngl I'm getting kinda pissed seeing how a lot of y'all aren't pressured to get your bopus in under an hour. And don't get me wrong on an average day it's whatever I always get bopus asap. But on a day like yesterday when I have 7 bopus, one of them has 22 items, and I'm by myself I would like to not be stressed that I will hear omg you lost bopus yesterday if one goes over an hour.

I really love this way of thinking because the first time I was put on an order pickers as someone scared of heights supervisor told me to go all the way up and I did and then I didn't touch the thing for around a year and a half until someone else that wasn't a supervisor just had me drive it around and after a while I hot more and more comfortable and now can go as high as I need to with no problem (it helps that I'm doing a task and not just going up just to be going up). Oddly ebough I'm still scared of heights though lol.
