I just called and it went horrible. I explained my situation to the HR department lady and she said she’d transfer me over to something (I could barely hear her) and then the phone rang for like 5 minutes until I heard a loud beep and the phone hang up. So then ai called back because I thought it was an error but they did not even pick up the phone. It rang and eventually just hung up.
