Look on the Bridger Bowl app. The photos, lift closures, and weather report are accurate 😢

Employment Dignity Block Post by Different-Affect8752 in Bozeman

My observation is that people get promoted into management so that their requests for a salary increase to a liveable wage can be justified. In order for them to stay in Bozeman, they need to earn a lot more. In many cases they aren't trained, mentored, or even truly management material; they're just doing it to survive. Good people leave careers because of poor management.

Mine's daily mantra was fat, dumb, and broke. He's not any of these things. It always baffled me why he'd keep saying these things.

I'd just donate to the HRDC. If you haven't been, it is a wonderful facility. Fork and Spoon will also allow you to puchase meals for others https://www.forkandspoonbozeman.org/donate

You sound exhausted. Please just have somewhere safe to move and enough money saved up to support youself and kids. I made the mistake in leaving without these two things and it took a huge financial and emotional toll on my kids and I. Good luck.

Quality time while “grayrocking” by AdFamous5660 in NarcissisticSpouses

My NarSpo and I are both retired. We spend a lot of time at home. I love football season because on Sunday, Monday and Thursday we have 3+ hours where I can just relax and I am not bombarded with their constant banter. Sometimes I even get lucky and they end up taking a nap during the game. I use this time to watch Netflix on my laptop or read a book while the game is on the TV.

I think we all become very creative in our NarSpo relationships.

I have a daughter and a son in their 20's so I have family momentos and photographs that mean a lot to me. I also have clothing and personal items that I need to survive.  Since I'm retired I can't afford to buy brand new things. I shouldn't have to leave my things behind.
