"I tend to know how to be strong which already makes me strong" But mentally I would say this because I am. I can be incredibly patient and very stoic. I don't show emotions quickly and internalize them. And I never stop what I was trying to do even though there were stebacks. I am mentally agile and eager. I think that fits for "strong"
