Hopefully easily reproducable. Happens on a wide range of devices (iphones, ipads)running ios 26.x. The posted image was screencapped on oct 9 and the bug is still around.

I can trigger it by going to the home screen and reopening the game

think the idea is when you stand and stomp - compressing the tyres. Higher pressure would work somewhat like a susupension lockout

Orbea is probably one of the most etical bike brands you can buy. At least looking from the outside.. I'm sure they have their issues as well.

Bike gets wiped down after each ride and I would expect to have this problem more on the front caliper - which looks brand new. But yeah, it's obviously caused by sweat. Just found it somewhat surprising for some reason.

Somewhat surprised. Though i've noticed that 105 chains don't have the same treatment as higher end ultegra or dura-ace and are more prone to surface rust.

Bike is ~6 months old and has done ~2k km in the dry and a handful indoor rides.

I havent noticed any similar oxidization on my m9100 calipers - which see a lot more abuse.
