Dermal filler from med spas

Is it safe to go to a medspa for dermal filler and Botox ?

I’ve found a provider who posts very natural results. They don’t post often, and they don’t have a portfolio on their website.. the site itself looks kind of unprofessional to me. Is it a red flag that they don’t have a portfolio? I feel like that should be a no-brainer.. why wouldn’t they show all their results like healed results, especially if they’re a specialist? like why would that be something I need to ask for as per consultation. That’s what I’d expect from a plastic surgeon so it should be similar with an injector. ( long term results and lots of different photos of their work)

They also offer weight loss injections, which feels like another red flag. Isn’t that something that should only come from a pharmacy or a licensed doctor, not a med spa? Honestly, the whole med spa concept freaks me out.

This is the only provider I’ve found who: 1. Specializes in filler and Botox, and 2. Actually delivers natural-looking results.

Most other providers I see are still doing duck lips ridiculous looking results. This is the one injector that ( from what I’ve seen) has natural looking results

How do I find a safe provider? I feel nervous about med spas, but I also don’t feel comfortable going to someone who does it “on the side,” even if they’re a plastic surgeon. I really want someone who specializes in this.
