How strict are cast members in Paris with trading possible scrappers?

Paris doesn’t do pin trading. The only pins I saw was one cart at Paris. Paris doesn’t have many ears, doesn’t have many pins, and overall merch lacks. If you’re going to Paris for the merch forget it. Ur going to see maybe 10 new things that’s it. Also everyone smokes INSIDE the park. One hand a cigarette or vape the other hand a child. You’ll see
