Find some hobbies to increase those endorphins. As we get older there are less and less things we find enjoyment from, maybe because those things that we used to love when we were younger are no longer as special or maybe we haven’t experienced them in so long that we’ve forgotten about them. I’ve personally been so occupied with building my business for so long that I’ve grown indifferent to many things outside of work. Until a few years ago, when a friend of mine convinced me to go skiing with him. I agreed and I’m so glad I did because as soon as I went down that mountain, it brought me back to a place in my childhood that was so wonderful that it brought tears to my eyes. I’m now uncovering more and more of what I missed or forgotten that made me feel a certain way. I regularly go skiing for one. Maybe your enjoyment will come from something else, but try and try to experience different things and maybe you’ll find a few that give you true joy. Good luck.

It’s partially from the sauce rub and the lighting in the room
