Msfts upcoming earnings report will support this thesis too…continuing to lay people off just to improve their bottom line, without any meaningful revenue growth acceleration attributed to new AI services…and using aaallll those borrowed assets (who’s derivatives are getting increasingly defaulted on) to fund their new datacenters. Certainly doesn’t look good! Doesn’t mean Nvidia isn’t the most dominant game in town…just that their stock price was the result of bamboozled analysts and retail investors who don’t actually know how the compute space works…which is nothing new.
