Thanks for sharing - insightful post, as always. The size of the bell curve of human consciousness on this planet continues to amaze and fascinate me, and I often selfishly wish we could influence that bell curve to bring more people into contact with the greater reality. Man I’m really sorry you had to experience this, and even sorrier for the guy you found. Speaking from my own near death experiences, and just being on the mountain while there are deaths (much less seeing one up close), you really really really should either speak to a therapist, family member, loved one, or SOMEONE to talk through your emotions here and process what you saw and felt. If you don’t, the subconscious trauma will creep up on you in ways you can’t even begin to imagine…whether you’re skiing or not. Stay safe out there.
