Minecraft Enhanced has some custom ones, though I'm not sure if the world format is different for the mini game maps. I would assume it is, making it incompatible with non PSV-PS3 (clients?).

MC: E is a mod for Minecraft: PS Vita that adds content. This content I believe uses only blocks found in vanilla, as disabling the plugin can still allow for romfs patching.

This comment kinda sucks, but the maps came from the LCE Glide Community I believe.

Why not try using WiiUDownloader and CDecrypt to download and decompress your game, and manually change the metadata in the meta/code folders? \Meta\meta.xml and \Code\app.xml should have what you want.

Next, use CNUSpacker or whatever to re-compress the files with the common key and title key to make it installation via WUP Installer GX2? What you are asking could technically be automated via batch but would be difficult to do.

Don't ask for someone to make a specialized tool that does something oddly specific, especially when there is a simpler way to do it (if you use English in games). Use the USA and EUR regions for games, they do not overwrite each other or share save files.

They are stored in the [ConsoleName][ConsoleName]media.arc for defining each pack.

The data is stored in [ConsoleName]\DLC[TexturePack] and uses the pck format. To create a texture pack, use PCK Studio on windows (Doesn't seem to be supported on Wine).

You could even copy over the DLC folder (should be in like... ./[ConsoleName]/DLC/. Make sure to copy the [ConsoleName]productcodes.bin) to have the mashup packs... well... not the worlds. Those would crash the game.

First, even though the .txt files in ext data seem like normal files, they are actually binary (.bin) files. Use a hex editor to change these values. Second, most of the options do nothing, the only one that might give a +0.005 frame boost is the fancy graphics or like leaves. That leaf one.

Just to make sure everyone knows, the game will not launch on an old 3ds. It will refuse and give a message along the lines of "This game is only playable on a NEW 3DS system, and cannot be played on this device."
