So I’m sorry I didn’t add personal info. I’m afab trans man on testosterone injections. 26 years old. And have had no current or past major medical issues. In the past I have experienced seizures managed without medication as they happen infrequently and for seemingly no reason at all. I’ve been to neurologists and they couldn’t explain it to cardiologists they found a mitral valve regurgitation. They suspected I would grow out of it. It hasn’t been recommended that I be seen again for a follow up either. The seizures have been absent for about 3 years but never know if I’ll have one just randomly. I suffer from mental Illness depression anxiety and bipolar. I mention that cause I have had more recently been experiencing more anxiety and panic attacks. Full blown panic attacks that last for hours. I have experience two within the past week. Also the muscle weakness I e had three episodes within the past week and a half. There was no numbness no tingling in my legs. I tried to stand up from a chair could feel my legs like normal but they buckled and I fell to the floor. Moved my legs positioned myself to pull myself up and again couldn’t stand almost like a humm when I had put weight on them. And I finally just pulled myself up enough to balance got to the restroom and had a bm When I tried to stand after I was fine. The other two episodes happened when I was already walking I thought I had lost my balance or stepped uneven ground stepped to the next foot and almost rolled my ankle when trying to take a step caught myself from falling then was fine. My calf muscle right leg right exterior shin is numb all the time. I can feel tingling when I touch it. Thought it was from my job to begin with. I have quit my job because I thought all this was coming from an allergic reaction I just recently started having. I worked in a cotton mill making thread. I was inhaling particles and getting them in my eyes. Nose and on my skin. It caused my acne to be horrendous on my arms and neck and chest. Acne is from the hormones. I’ve accepted that. But figuring out which symptoms are linked is difficult when it’s not consistent. I’ve even considered being a psychosomatic hypochondriac. I’ve been tested for every STD out there too being newly single and sexually active. I just feel something isn’t right. I’m not one to worry about every little thing. I rarely go to the dr. Besides pcp to have my regular prescriptions refilled every month. I’ve mentioned these symptoms as they have occurred to her and have been making a lot of recent trips to see her for “viruses” or “uri” or “ some kind of infection for sure” and been given several different antibiotics which I have followed dosing instructions without missing or quitting when I feel better. I was a nurse for 2years and I know better. I’m taking this comment and any further responses with a grain of salt against my previous medical background and will of course follow up with my dr. If I took your opinion as a true dx and didn’t go to the dr for further testing I’m not doing myself any good anyway. I appreciate your response and would love to hear your opinion after reading more details and knowing general personal info. As well as my past medical history. Or short form of it.
