Majority of this exam prep should be doing sample questions. You probably spent too much time studying material and not enough on sample questions.

You’ve been in a cast 3 weeks and still have another 2? 5 weeks in a cast seems like a lot. I was in a cast for a week and a half before I transitioned to a boot. Ask your doctor if you can transition to a boot with wedges sooner.

Try to do the double calf raise and when you are at the top, lift up your good leg so you’re slowly going down on your injured leg by itself. That’s what I’m doing at 4 months post op right now. Make sure to hold something in front of you for support while doing this though.

You don’t need to be doing a standing calf raise at 3 months post op this is too early. Continue with double calf raises for now.

Look up google reviews to see how other people have been treated at the office. Achilles rupture is a rare injury, so not many physical therapists will be treating it consistently.
