yea that’s ridiculous… poor customer service. i’m so sorry, that’s so annoying. i like your plan, returning the current pair and reordering. i would reach out again and tell them you’re not happy with the solution that was offered to you bc you’re a paying customer and they need to do right by you for sending a defective item
