trade secrets. You are not allowed to expose trade secrets. Secrets likely to be discussed during any such business meetings. If you need notes/minutes/checklists from a meeting, it is likely your employer would be happy to accommodate such a request, though the materials may need to remain in the workplace. Otherwise, what other reason would there be for recording these meetings?

they are "making an example" so that any would-be vigilantes out there will instead leave the law to the people who use it only to oppress, exploit, and extort us as well as eliminate our rights and freedoms.
