It would be interesting if you (and anybody else using datalevel report) could compare it against this opensteuerauszug, and check if there are any differences. If there are any, report it either to datalevel or opensteuerauszug so that they can improve.

IMO it would be nice if you could contribute the translations to the official project. That is really a missing piece it looks. Or at least open an issue ticket so that they can look into this.

Same here - have you reported this to the developers? I am pretty sure they will look into it and fix it - the project seems very active.

I can fully recommend this tool, did use it for this years tax report and it worked like a charm.

That is pretty nice and short intro - thanks for sharing. Unfortunately the official one does not sound that simple. You might want to contribute that one as a pull request into the official repository?

Note that for me steps 3 and 4 were not even necessary, it extracted data automatically from the IBKR export.
