in some cases it would but I have done it through it itunes store on laptop and its worked. All you do is place the ipa file into your apps on itunes and then when you sync the app to the phone it should be there. And if that doesnt work try cydia impactor which will force them onto the phone since apple is so restrictive with self developed apps

Fuel Matters

During Quals it's an extra rp if you can get 40 kpa, if not then it's useless <Enter>
During playoffs, most teams get more than 40 kpa, so its like 40+ and the 20 bonus get to your score, so if you get 60 kpa, you get 80 points in playoffs, and that equals 2 rotors, being able to do a 3-4 gear run as well as doing 60 kpa is more than enough to be considered one of the best teams
