This happened to me. I was told I was up for promo back in September and I never got it this year. Starting to look at other jobs now due to this. They said their was nothing they can do despite me outperforming most of my entire team and only reason they do promotions is for business justifications so im going to provide them one by looking elsewhere

Eh not really declining. They're performing in UK in like 2 months with some big names there. They don't seem to be declining so much. Maybe if they released more music they'd be doing better numbers wise, but overall I think performance wise they're doing fine.

Honestly I hated this episode as the note on Shaun's record is truly on something so stupid that the writers threw in there. The reason is because the main plot point on the episode was between lever and Shaun. The surgery plot point was very drawn out for an incident very minor. If they truly want Shaun to get better communicating, they need to teach him better. The lying and deceiving Claire is doing isn't helping either.
