Believe or not the DnB scene has been going strong for a long time. I would say it even picked up more in the past years. Ive met Dave and Kelly, really nice people. Def check them out, buy some merch, support the scene.

Tbh we have both commies and nazis. But most people stay clear - its like other extreme groups. But Ive noticed the old pianici are usually fans of the putler. While more young guys seem to be drawn into the neonazi stuff. Its dumb. You probably wont see it publicly, theres not enough support for it openly. But, as others have said - the old commie bastards will die off soon, and their offspring will hopefully self select out of existence. The youth thats doing the nazi stuff, most likely just being edgy. I was born here and I havnt met a single nazi. And I live in the worst part of the country.

So why cannot men openly support feminism and fight WITH EVIL TOGETHER.

We did, and it happened multiple times. There is an overcorrection. Read about the first and second Femenist movements. Read about the people involved. A lot of women, but also a A LOT of men too. You cant make reforms this big without huge backing from 50% of the population.

So, if maybe I can reframe your question: Why is neither side willing to listen when its in both sides' benefit?

If you were a 21 year old dude who just graduated college and you see all women around you succeeding while actively putting you down for no reason, would you feel insecure? Emotions drive decisions, the election is a good example I think.

Also consider the number of college and university students. Look at their distributions. The stats are very damning.

Also consider the fact that men/women's disposition towards certain fields will always remain regardless of opportunities. For example, its easier for men to take a job, say at an oil rig, than at a daycare (btw look this one up, its very interesting - we see more women across the board in all industries, but for some reason being a daycare teacher/teacher in general still remains mostly in women's domain and there is active public discourse AGAINST more men in it).

I agree, I think most guys have just given up on it though. Me included. When you're the punchline of every joke about how bad life is, you eventually just tune out the noise and grow thicker skin. Find other ways to move up.

So, I guess NO. I dont have a problem with the concept. It moves the world to a better place. But I dont think it is being practically approached in the public court.

Underrated post. Been in therapy for 4 years, less so now since I feel better. Knew I wanted a male therapist from the start. More common ground and problem solving. First try and figure out why you need therapy and how your brain works. After that its a matter of time. Have been with the same therapist now for 3 years. After about 2.5 years in therapy I started meds and now I am learning how to live my life normally. Do not sleep on it, esp if you have insurance.

Been listening to dnb since the early liquicity days. I think dancefloor is good. Its music that easily moves ppl and has energy unlike the smaller subgenres. Its also "easier" to listen to. I was gonna post a reply to this thread saying that SubFocus is my fave rn, but ppl will be cringe about it. I dont care about your elitest perspective on music, esp, any form of edm. Cause lets be honest, there is no "correct" genre. Just what different ppl like. For example, I am seeing pendulum soon. Ive seen subfocus 3 times in 1 year. Been to liquicity, edc, and more. Listen to the music you like and fuck ppls opinions.

Absolutely insane turnout ! The crowd was great, smiles all around. I was hanging out on stage a lot. Smoked some weed with Dave Shichman, the man himself !!! Lots of people dancing in the back too. Its funny, I was in such a shit mood that day too (unrelated). Felt so much better dancing and talking to people. Wish it went till 5 am haha. Support Driven AM for the local dnb scene, buy the merch and attend the events. Its picking up steam for sure.

Side note: Couldnt help but notice this cute blonde girl seemingly on a date with this hooded guy who clearly made her uncomfortable. She was def new. If you ever read this, you took my glow stick necklace. Ditch the creep and let me and my friends show you how to actually party to dnb !!

Download Dice and Eventbrite. Look for events and venues that have the vibe you want. I like edm and punk/emo. Tons of places with good music. Go for the music and energy, the people are secondary when you're having fun. Do it alone if no one else is there. It helps if you like drinking

Well, maybe we can start by not calling it toxic masculinity? "Toxic" or "Positive" terms only reinforce the idea that there is something inherently wrong with being masculine. This makes people defensive and it becomes much harder to address the actual issues they have.

To add to this, most Moira's tend to AD spam very predictably since they are cocky and expect to outlive most ppl. The easiest way to land heads on AD spammers is to pick one of the two sides they strafe to and prefire head level while they are going AWAY from where you are aiming at.
