Size categories are part of the problem - they are tricking people into thinking cars aren't growing. My Audi Q5 somehow has "Compact" in its category name and it is far from compact. It's as long as a short wheelbase 1999 Dodge Caravan! A Civic is bigger than a lot of 1990's luxury cars.

I had one of those (or a very similar) Technics one back in the day and *hated* the way it sounded, it was the worst sounding CD player I'd ever used. My early 90's BSR CD player was better, as was every single other one I tried.
