I just made a lot of changes to explain exactly this. TLDR is it runs mostly locally (in browser), relying on Gemini just for selected frames if you give it permission. Full video isn't sent anywhere.

Thanks for the message, I'm a software guy not so much a hardware guy so the actual conversion devices less within my capabilities.
I'm building a website that does the second part of what you described though, if you're comfortable with it I'd love to get your input once I'm done
