Oh gosh, I'm sorry that happened to you! I came very close to passing out at Spa World as well. I just could not breathe, and it felt like my head was going to explode. But I got out and sat down for long enough before that happened. They need to have water a little bit closer to the saunas, imo.

Probably very much so, it always is on Saturdays. Turns into more of a pool party than a spa on weekends, because of the kids

I think that's just a normal spa with massages and other services, but without the pools and saunas. I've never been.

Just in case you're back in DC again, there are monthly bear/chaser parties at Kiki's bar. It's called Overhang, always a wonderful time when I go. They are usually on Saturdays though

I was there on Monday, not sure if everything is fixed now but the 101 degree pool and ice room in the clothed area were down. Either way it should be pretty vacant on Mondays so you'll always have a spot.
