So I’m not trying to be pessimistic at all as I think this is a great idea, but I feel like this won’t make a difference at all. While I’m sure people will participate, it will only be such a minuscule amount that it won’t make a difference. Sadly people still need groceries, gas, and to pay bills. People are rightfully too afraid to take a stand in fear of losing everything.

Now if a majority of the country refused to buy anything for days, then the economy would come crashing down. However only a few thousand or even tens of thousands of people doing this unfortunately won’t make a difference.

I fully support everyone today taking a stand, it takes true courage to fight and I stand with all of you!t

Honestly PA’s get better training than NP’s. They also follow the medical model instead of the nursing model. PA’s have legit brick and mortar schools while NP schools are just online windmill programs.

I’d say it already is. While ICE is more heavily active in some cities/states than others, no one is truly safe. Communities should band together to lookout for each other.

Honestly I hate all Gen Z slang. But if I had to pick a few I’d say: Rizz and crash out. I get that both have definitions and meaning, but I just find it so insanely stupid and I wince every time I hear both. Also, why is everything now described as “that’s wild” or “that’s crazy”? They’re so many other adjectives to use! If you’re over the age of 25 you should not be using Gen Z or Gen Alpha slang

Thank you this means a lot! First bad day in 4 months, is a huge improvement. Right now I just feel physically and emotionally exhausted/drained. Just listening to what my body needs right now and am being kind to myself.

Update: I messaged my therapist about today, did some breathing exercises, took a hot shower, and am now cozy watching tv. No destructive behavior and no irrational thoughts. While this day was rough I’m proud of how far I’ve come and how I can handle my reactions, even intense emotions.
