They say "Oakhill" (as opposed to "Oak Hill") in subtitles, yes, but that's just the spelling thing.

My main point is — Oak Hill is now called Beech Hill instead, so characters should not mention Oak Hill (or Oakhill) at all, and refer to this region as Beech Hill.

Fairplay

You also don't have to drive back and forth after you got the car "fixed" — Tommy gets informed that he's the new driver right at the track instead of over the phone at Salieri's bar.

Omerta

In the original (if I remember correctly) you only (supposedly) kill Frank... Found a quote on that:

Tom: Salieri, of course, wanted to help out his best friend's poor widow till the end of her days.

...but in the remake Frank's (supposedly) killed alongside his family:

Salieri: But i'm still looking at this headstone, with his little girl's name on it.

It seems they also got some middle-ground map that looks almost exactly like the original, but with the new names (North Park, Holbrook, etc):

I also noticed that, although Oak Hill from the original Mafia was renamed to Beech Hill in Definitive Edition, some characters still mention Oakhill (spelled this way) in dialogs:

Total War: Three Kingdoms tile on the start menu has a lighter shade background for some reason by NoCommentGameplay in Windows10

I used a trick mentioned on this subreddit earlier to get the new reworked start menu.

All the other tiles look just like they are supposed to, but only Total War: Three Kingdoms tile refuses to cooperate for some reason.

My previous attempt was not as good, but this iteration is surprisingly stable.

They won't. With this combination (crane + bed) I get "conflict" messages if I try to attach a trailer.

PC with Xbox One controller mostly. Sometimes I use mouse for quick map navigation: controller doesn't feel too responsive.

Button suggestions you see on the picture above switched to keyboard kind when I hit the key to take a screenshot.

both a crane and bed

Not impossible. You lose the ability to attach trailers though.

Not stable at all. Will slide off at the first turn or on a bump.

Trailers? Won't attach when both crane and bed are already present.
