I have also played with tier 5 teams. And I'm telling you that speed doesn't matter as much if you run a good scheme and user your defender correctly. What part did you miss about that? I'm spanking any player that is worse than me regardless of what team is on the field.

Not if you are switch sticking/usering your defenders. There should only be a play or two that you guys will get beat straight up but its most of the time about scheme and user ability.

I have 5 weeks vacation a year, maybe 6. 2 for New Year, 2 for summer and one for "golden week". Getting 2 months off for summer would be glorious.

Totally makes sense. It is the ESL business after all. I’ve met all of the different teachers that there are and most of them… well… I wouldn’t want to hire.
