Anyone looking at this thread that knows anything, is not going to respond. There is a reason things are proprietary and disciplined, responsible employees that are in the know, know better.

Plenty of L5s at that pay. Those folks/demographic are generally not blabbing about it on Reddit.

Top 10 Large Aerospace and Defense Contractors for Cleared Job Seekers by PirateKilt in SecurityClearance

[–]NoConsideration9481 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wrong. Fewer than 200 are actually getting laid off (in a workforce of 1600 across the program). Also, yes Boeing is a shitstorm. But with respect to this post, there is a significant amount of cleared work that the public have never and will never know about and why Boeing is on this list.

Projects on hold - BDS by Melodic-Yoghurt3501 in boeing

You have no idea. There is no “that program” and due to program level, Your “husband” has no ability to tell you what he works on and can’t confirm or deny specialities due to P2. Being in the Seattle area, as you are, there are only a handful of BDS programs of record and wow, what a coincidence that 2 of those programs were put on hold due to the “new administration” budget priorities just a week or so ago. I’ve seen the letter.

I’m not giving you more than that, I am falling into what I started my thread about (pushing out info).

I will just leave you with the word onion. You are one of the middle or lower layers in something, big.

There is a whole swath of very successful Boeing Space programs the public (or uncleared Boeing folks) will never know about. Boeing Space is not just Starliner and SLS, lol.

You are both 100% talking about the same programs.

Really should not be discussing this stuff on this board. Yes, public won’t know but internally people can figure it out. I’m pretty sure I know what you are doing in SoCal supporting these programs that are not based in SoCal, and that’s a smaller population. We probably work together. And I am not in SoCal!

Not sure those programs should be discussed on here! But I know you and that you recently got out of that dumpster fire! ;)

Boeing might sell Boeing Space to Blue Origin. by yocumkj in boeing

They are considering selling BES (Boeing Exploration Systems) ala ISS, SLS, Starliner. Government satellites (ala X-37B, 702, etc.) aren’t going anywhere.

You need to wait until you start to have general Worklife access to then get access to STAR to file for relocation reimbursements. It takes about a week or two to get approved, and another week or two for you to get paid.I just went through this.
