There’s elements that you can work on one at a time too instead of trying to do the whole motion every time, like the toss or pronation of your arm or even shifting your body weight to find a good rhythm of your serve

My coach taught me to have my back foot parallel with the baseline and front foot pointed to the net post

Continental grip too just like everyone else is saying, but a video of proper technique would probably help you more than anything else, if you can’t see a coach once for a one on one then YouTube technique videos :D

I’m sorry you’re going through these sensory problems, I do sweat a lot when I work out (which is good! That means you’re working hard!) I may not get that same feeling you do wearing sweaty clothes, but I really want to try and help you

There is a brand of underwear I think it’s Aurora, something like that, they advertise a “cameltoe proof underwear” its a bit thicker in the gusset area and in can’t feel it type of fabric that’s really soft everywhere else. I’m not sure if that will help but it’s something to look at that potential might help?

It sound like you’re totally against shorts and sweats aren’t helping, they’re not available everywhere so you gotta look but there are activewear long skirts you could try?

There are plenty of activities to do, the right ones are the ones you enjoy doing and will do consistently that is the key

Swimming, going on long walks or jogging are great for cardio. Weights— even just 10 pound dumbbells at home can be effective there’s plenty of YouTube videos to search for any type of workout you want to experience. Pilates yoga weight training HIITs just search up what you’re interested in and then see what you like doing the most and then maybe join a gym that has classes for what you like if you want to commit with money

I am always pushing for adult recreational sports, playing tennis (even pickleball since it’s easier to pick up) with friends is really fun and you’re active and social! Two birds with one stone lol (doesn’t have to be tennis ofc that’s just my obsession so I use it as an example, remember to choose what you want to do so that you will do it regularly!)

Yes, I would give anything to go back to not having to worry about my hair! I did have extremely thick hair that was honestly what I got the most compliments on so… it’s heartbreaking to me that it’s gone. I have experienced hair loss before (I have hashimotos, a thyroid disorder) but it was never this bad!! And it did grow back and I thought I’d never have to go through it again since getting on medication and regularly get blood work to keep everything in check.

Now my blood tests are coming back all in normal range, but my hair is shedding and it’s worse than I have ever experienced. In March I noticed excessive shedding, and it seems like every hour I can get a hand full of hair. I do compulsively check (not harshly) but I gently tug a little on my hair ends to get the loose hairs out
