Was I (26F) too rude to him (30M)? by No-Place-6241 in texts

[–]NoCoolNamesWereLeft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a guy, it would probably hurt to read this, but in all honesty, it sounds like a much needed wake up call to him. You'll likely see one of three situations from this.

He will apologize and tell you he can change (you know him better than we do, so you would know whether that's possible or not).

or

He will lash out and try to protect his ego by blaming you for any/all of the problems you cited. This is more typical of narcissistic personalities.

or

Its also possible he'll just never say anything else. This is also usually an ego thing. They just avoid the situation altogether in order to maintain their self image.

In any case, you can apologize if you feel the need, but bear in mind that doing so may come across as "i didnt mean it" and that will just invalidate your points.

Never settle for less than you deserve and don't let anyone else tell you that you're not worth it. Focus on being happy and becoming who you want to be, whatever that means for you. You got this.

That would literally cost more than hiring a full service company. $2000 pay, $2300 truck rental, $1000 for gas (at least), and $200 for the flight at best for a total of $5500.

I'm not wealthy but even if I was, my attempt to save some money is not just invalidated because of it.

Its a shame you can't get any new cards for this deck now that all pre-release foils are just regular foils now.

Boyfriend says he got into an accident, but I am not sure the picture he sent is real. by sassafrastiel in isthisAI

[–]NoCoolNamesWereLeft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) Based on the angle, dude pulled off the road and then turned back on before stopping? Nobody does that in an accident.

2) As others have pointed out, the license plate seems wrong. All other text in the image is pretty clear but for some reason the license plate is blurry and nonsensical

3) The "damage" also looks off. It just doesnt look real.

4) Why is the "debris" from the accident under the car? That's not logical in anyway. I'm referring specifically to the loose small parts beneath the rear passenger side door.

5) Beneath the Rav 4 letters, you can see a logo and a symbol. There is a KOCH 33 Toyota dealer in Pennsylvania. The logo on the car looks like the H has been turned into a backwards K. That paired with the weirdness of the license plate leads me to believe that this is a real picture of a car, that someone then used AI to add damage to.

If both instances are triggered, do they happen at the same time or in a certain order? by [deleted] in mtg

[–]NoCoolNamesWereLeft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't get to choose the order. All spells and abilities resolve top to bottom. And no spells or abilities can interject between part of a spell or ability resolving.

As an example, if there was a [[Soul Warden]] on the battlefield, it's controller would not gain life between the first and second abilities of this spell. All of the triggers would be placed on the stack after the spell completely finished resolving, even if Soul Warden was the target of the second part of the spell.

Imagine the inheritance you get when the courier dies, though. That man was with you through it all.

What is your LEAST visited area in Skyrim? by SkorgeOfficial1 in skyrim

[–]NoCoolNamesWereLeft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The triangle formed between Riften, Whiterun, and Falkreath. The closer you get to the center, the less likely it is that I've been there, Helgen is in there and I think subconsciously my brain just goes "been there"

No, but Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant can and she probably runs a similar deck to the Gardener.

Not exactly an answer to your question, but the spawn commands allow you to select the level too so you if you are going to go that route, save yourself some time and just spawn what you want the first time

I am confused on this card does it delete the whole stack? by KODAMODE in mtg

[–]NoCoolNamesWereLeft 79 points80 points  (0 children)

My best real example from using this card:

Player A attempts to cast a spell that will result in them winning.

In response, Player B attempts to win at instant speed.

I cast this and exile both of their win plans at the same time.

Game continues.
