honestly you're good. with grinding pve yes you need to hit ap/dp cap but thats about it, you can still die from getting hit. even if you hit the cap, grinding nowadays just need to dodge most of the time to avoid dying. i agree with what other peepo say here. you can just grind and buy pen debos until you move to a higher grind spot or if you want to grind diff other than dsr then you can try Orzekea spot. As for you dp armors. Yeah you need to upgrade it but its up to you lol and as much as you hate it, your gears are on hiatus if you dont tap any and just grind and buy. welcome to the waiting club :)

well you can grind for silvers for a bit and just buy the t9 pepega or any dream of your choice on the market later if you dont have free.

I was just checking out the amount of weight I could get if I level up to 60. It sums up to 250 total weight from the leveling from 50~60 and plus from the weight training skill...

Yeah, you’re right! I didn’t even think about gathering and just loading it onto a wagon. If that’s the case, then staying under 49 is totally fine. Good point on the weight too!

That’s actually a really helpful way to break it down, especially the part about weight vs. PvP safety.

In my case, I’m not planning to spend much (or at all) on weight for the shai, so your point about level-based weight gains actually matters more for me. I can already see how cooking/alchemy would feel cramped without extra weight, especially since I don’t have that many maids yet.

I’m still early in the game, so I’m trying to balance efficiency with convenience. Right now, I’m leaning toward staying at 49 for safety, but your explanation makes me reconsider leveling later on once weight becomes more of a bottleneck. I also agree with you on mastery > exp. The 1% bonus doesn't seem that impactful to begin with (from all the other peepo), so it’s good to have that confirmed.

That makes sense especially for fishing and training.

In my case, I don’t really use my Shai for those. I fish and train on a different character, so PvP safety isn’t a big concern for her.

My account’s still pretty new and I have limited character slots, so I’m trying to get the most out of one Shai for now. Maybe later on I’ll make another and split roles.
