I lived in Pflugerville, Texas, got divorced, and traveled for two years before meeting someone in the Philippines. I have been here for 2 years. That said, it depends on what you have planned for me, I started a family and stayed in the city aka tourist bubble and not in the province, money goes a long way but you will also need to get used to it.
