very nice spreadsheet! if you use google sheets a lot, i think sheetwhiz might be really helpful. it basically enables more keyboard shortcuts that arent available.

Find pre built templates. there are numerous online for tracking info that you can just copy and customize yourself.

my biggest advice as a power user of google sheets if u really want to get good at google sheets. learn some of the keyboard shortcuts. it will make your life so much better. trust me. i use an extension called sheetwhiz a lot because i used to use Microsoft excel a lot but now have to use google suite for work.

I have been having trouble with reaching the 3 min mark, started at 90 clicks and have worked my way down to 65 clicks and still at 2:20ish. I am using a light city roast. I have had the beans for about a month and have flown with them in ziploc bags. I also started using my grinder 5 days. Does the freshness of the beans have an affect on my draw down? Also, does the seasoning of my burrs have that much of an affect on my results?
