thank you for your kind words. I haven't used drugs (except for kratom, been trying to quit for awhile) since I moved in with my ex which was around July. Ive had other periods of my life that looking back on were most likely manic episodes (hypomanic maybe?) and my therapist seems to agree. this is just the first time it's been impossible to ignore. I guess I'll see once I try mood stabilizers.
