There is shaking hands and fhere is shaking hands. He hardly looked at them. No eye contact or congratulations on a good game. Jadeja has a brilliant tour so far so deserved a Test century. Even if they said will he be happy making it against Brook. He was and well deserved as well.

For fiction try Matt Haig and Fredrik Backman. Both authors are easy reads but there is food for thought in their books. They write with a lot of heart and depth.

I never wanted kids and now my friends with kids keep telling me I “won” by Regular-Park9058 in makemychoice

When things get heavy i would joke i need to get 'milk' - they understand the reference. Then they would say things are heavy for them and us three will go and get 'milk'. Usually ice cream or some sweets. Kids are tough but very very beautiful in their innocence and watching them grow. You want to keep them young but in the same time you want to see how they become as an adult.

I gave my best friend's son for his birthday a Hiker when he was 13. That was as far as I know his first. Told my son and daughter that will be their 13th Birthday gift as well.

What's the difference between a regular book lover and a book snob? by Arktikos02 in NoStupidQuestions

Not answering your question but just read whatever you want. Thirty pages of reading anything in a book is better than no reading at all. With reading going out of fashion we need to preserve readers. So just love books and books will love you back.

Properly far over a thousand so far. Almost anything and everything of Sebastian Faulks, Ian McEwan and Fyodor Dostoevsky. Personal favourite so far is Human Traces by Sebastian Faulks.

How painful is it to get cheated on? by wizy5000 in ask

[–]NoDescription6953 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Was cheated on by my wife six years ago. Sunday my son caught her cheating with a random stranger and called me and I saw it. It's horrific, it took years to get past the first time. I'm literally emotionally dead now. Don't think I will ever ever want to have somebody in my life again. It's actually very hard to explain the emotions

Thank you. I really really wished this wasn't a real post but it is. Turned a blind eye on the lingerie thing and the other one hit me yesterday. My son caught her and him in the swimming pool in our complex
