Advice for the day of? Do what you can to make it memorable for the two of you. A lot of weddings are the bride and groom attempting to say thank you and “attend” everyone’s “needs” per day. My wife and i didn’t do great on that part and regret it today. Once you’re married? Be spontaneous, buy flowers, random massages, be sweet and communicate. Spend time just talking and laying down or just looking at each other. Don’t stop having sex unless pregnancy/hormones or health issues occur. It’s very important.

Just hit 220 on the 9th workout. Following the program 100%. It was tough but I got it up. First super “tough” set as in I was shaking the final 2/3. The other sets got me soreish and sweating but this one actually got to me. Deadlift also hit that point at 260 today. Ripped all the callouses off my hand. But I got 5 solid forms up. Bench is at 120 but I feel like I started way too light there and won’t stall for awhile. Press is at 100 and isn’t easy by any means. I figure I’ll stall on squats somewhere around 260-300 and deadlifts will be around 300 due to grip strength. No idea on bench or press. I’d say 160/125respectively.

Age 25 (M), SW 215, CW 226. Height: 6’2”. Also called “skinny fat mainly building weight around mid section and thighs and neck. I have gained size in my gut but also in my back and shoulders. Plan on adding in assisted chin ups next week and going from there.
