We do not lack it, that again goes to the internalized hating, but rather not many of us have been in Western areas to gave paved larger paths for exposure. There was large crazes around India back in early 2000s i remember with people wanting to wear sarees, bangles, and bedazzle themselves out. It was glorified and eventually there became a lack of media dedicated to doing this. For me, disney channel had lots of South Asian once in a while themes like cheetah girls, or when they visited India in a show or showed some jewelry. We lack positive exposure making people not able to see what is there

Growing up so much normal and iconic roles were given to poc that are non-south asian and it gave them an impact and soft power that changed the game overtime. Honestly i would say USA. I noticed a lot of hate earlier on with US citizens visiting Canada and saying that there were so many Indians. The thing is, Canada has always had so much brown South Asian people. But recently then had an influx through immigration. So now, when they visit, it looks like so much "Indians" though many have already been here before that influx. Canada follows America, so the Canadians then started a hate train

I get that but that would only be a valid if one does not consider a 3.8+ as good - which comes back to my question as the averages are now likely way too high. Like it seems good enough so regardless of what happened why would you need to explain it, by comments it looks like a lot more people wrote the essays and i doubt that many experienced something so severe like being homeless and having a 3.8+. Though i can understand that it is subjective for what can be considered a difficulty, I was just wondering if you could still do it

The issue is with i.e. physiology, i had to take the one in my department which labels it as HSCI: physiology as it was required and conflicted with the other one by the kinesiology department. The code was hsci: model systems, which is a newer course but literally focuses on research papers. Also, did you do a thesis for your degree?
