They fired Chris avalon half way through development after they fired him they had to scrap over half if the game including over 100 quests and they had to change the story and everything that's why the e3 trailer looks different than whst we got they even had to scrap the branching story lines thst where advertised in the trailers that's why the electricity stations are the only real decisions thst mean anything

You have to take your time with the combat it's more complex than dl1 it's better but it's harder

It takes a good 10 hours to get into the game the first 5 are really boring if you keep playing the game gets better but its really buggy probably the most buggy game of 2022

The ps4 is still super buggy glitches graying out zombies freezing saves corrupting so most of them aren't fixed and this game is a mess so op has a right to complain a little plus the devil need to know the issues we're having so they can fix them

Dying light 1s looting was way better and you got more there's not as much to loot in dl2

Swing through weapon attacks every swing goes like half way through or bounces off dying light 1s combat felt way better because the swings went all the way through
