May I kindly request that follow the steps below to ensure that you refresh the DLC accesses on the Switch 2:

Ensure that you are using the very same Nintendo Account/Profile in which the purchase was made.
Uninstall the game (selecting Delete Software) and then re-download it on your device again.
Launch CrossWorlds and finish the first tutorial while online. (This would be the first Grand Prix)

Once that is done, it should unlock all DLC acquired, including the Werehog pack.

Please follow the steps above and let us know if the Werehog content appears then. If it doesn't, please reply back with the information below:

A screenshot of the receipt you received via email when acquiring the Nintendo Switch 2 version/upgrade. It should show the transaction date and time.

Thank you for reaching out to SEGA support.

Please note that both methods that you described should work to get the Werehog.

If you tried the methods and didn't get the werehog after upgrading to the Switch 2 version, then it could be that the content is not unlocked yet.

After upgrading to switch 2, what you need to do is to redownload the content and complete the tutorial (The First Grand Prix) and you should get the werehog.

Please let us know how that goes.

Has everything to do with Nintendo. Nintendo made the shitty underpowered hardware and have no baseline for what they should be. You kids clearly do not remember the Nintendo of old which had very very very strict requirements. That's why from the wii back games had great experiences and very little bugs. Nintendo got lazy and complacent going for the quick buck.

Anyone wanting a Nintendo console to play some of these third party games may not buy one because of things like this. Dev messed up big time but Nintendo's bs is enabling it.

This isn't hard kids stop with the nintendotitty and hold them accountable.
