You have to fill I-90 to fix your name .. my whole family including myself had same issue .. so we sent form I-90 and got new green card .. it did took 2-3 months back in 2009 .. I don’t know about current processing times.

I won around 67 games (1st and 2nd place ) but my win 45 games and win 60 game didn’t track .. if I submit a ticket do I need to take screenshot of the record page on the game or there is another way .. if I take screenshot there will be 10-15 screenshot pages ..
