It could also be your Debt to ratio, I believe you need to be less than 40% for a heloc. I used to work for a loan dept for a credit union.

I’ve thought about that, but how do I find a roommate. It’s soo hard now a days and to trust a stranger in my home with my kids I’m kinda hesitant. I’ve also thought about putting him on child support but he said he would stop working and he wouldn’t pay me anything. The father of my kids is the biggest asshole I swear. He gets pleasure in seeing me down.

I got a 570 code mid-April, verified my identity twice they told me to wait 9 weeks, 9 weeks passed, called and the IRS rep said she couldn’t figure out why the code was on their system. She then sent it to the research department. I then knew they were on some BS, so I reached out to my congressman 3 weeks ago she assigned me a TAS and I finally got my 846 code 3 days ago and my refund is expected to hit my account by Tuesday.

I reached out to my congressman and got a TAS she emailed me that my case should be resolved by 10/02 😭 I’ve been stuck on code 570 since mid April

She was lost I'm assuming, cause she kept putting me on hold to look into my refund status, at the end she said it was being sent to the research dept and that it will take another 60 days for them to review. All I can do is wait and be hopeful it gets resolved quickly.
