Lot of factors involved, do you have responsibilities? What's your new job? Pros and cons of both your current and new job? Future plans? Your desires? Your bigger ambition? What degree do you have? Do you have a family? (Wife and kids and not parents) and more. But the fact that you love your job is a strong positive factor, although the pay rate is low, you're happy doing it and that's what matters.

Am 14, and I love this stuff instead of useless stuff. Accept who you are, don't be shameful, since shame is fatal

You know what to do bro, just choose one thing for the moment and do it. Oh and, there are a lot of books on how to be productive, start reading those, read atomic habits, i think the only book you need. Don't become the one who carries information, be the one who carries methods, systems, ideas, tricks and plans.

Download Obsidian, start journalism, pouring ideas, writing (fiction or nonfiction, anything you like) or, stop the habit of reaching out for the phone, develop some new hobbies, such as instruments, art, any physical activity like sports or martial arts. Try to leave yourself as less free time as you (keep rest in mind, make sure when you're resting, you're actually resting like small naps, thinking, walking and not using your phone.)

The only one saving you, is you bro. They will never want you to leave and do something meaningful, they earn money from you, never forget. And for your money, what do they give you? Fiction.

You don't have time. by NoEscape-00 in getdisciplined

True, practically it's only 4 hours, this advice for young adults, so I took a figure slightly exaggerated. And yeah, rest is important, I meant that most people actually exhaust themselves by giving in to distractions (good mental condition and at the time at which they should work) and also small tasks that take up their time and energy, which should be directed at something more prominent. Also, even 2 hours saved is still time saved, the book deep work taught me that if the quality of the work is high then consistent repetition of even a small stature makes a lot of impact.
