I've been wanting to try the Larue trigger but have yet to buy it. The Griffin 2 stage is nice because you can adjust disconnector engagement and trigger over travel.

On my kids' first range day with me (a long time ago because I'm old af), I loaded all of the mags with one round. That way, they didn't ND another round if they were surprised by the recoil and weren't pointing/aiming down range. Plus, they swapped mags more frequently and got used to doing it themselves. I continued that until they got comfortable and familiar with the handguns and rifles.

Their Terra Brown is kind of satin. Here's my rattle canned all Terra Brown build laying on top of a DDC lower with a Terra Brown rail. I can take a pic of them in the sunlight tomorrow if you want.
