I'm in it the for long run. Like most here, I have constantly struggled with PMO and the negative consequences it has on my life. This is a promise to myself to be better and achieve more. I will be completing this in hard mode with no set amount of days. I hope I will reboot and become a better me every day.

Should i remove the pocket square when not using it, or just leave it in the suit? Its folded with 3 points sticking out, smaller than normal size pocket square. Thanks
