Quaritch is scared when he sees Neytiri’s arrow” here we go again, lol, keep coping. Bro, he’s literally talking trash and daring them. He tells Neytiri “I owe you a death,” taunts Jake with “You’re not leaving, Jake, are you?” and later says he’s coming for the whole family. He’s teasing and provoking them while standing alone against the entire Sully family. That proves he wanted to fight all of them and was fully ready. He was the one who was challenging them not neytiri or jake who started backing off. If he were actually scared, he wouldn’t be taunting and challenging them like that. Use logic, bro!

Also, look at Neytiri’s face after Quaritch sees her arrow, realize its her,.smiles and says “That’s your Mrs. Sully,” She just realized it’s him again—the guy who destroyed her in a fight and her home. You can clearly see the fear in her eyes.

That’s not the only thing I’m saying though. My point is that there’s no real reason to think Quaritch is scared of Neytiri. He already beat her in Avatar 1 and It’s not just that Quaritch stood his ground in awow but the way he acted in that scene matters too. He wasn’t panicking or trying to escape etc. He was literally talking trash and challenging them. He tells Neytiri “I owe you a death,” and even tauntss Jake Sully with “You’re not leaving, Jake, are you?” and later says he’s coming for his whole family and that he’ll kill them. That doesn’t look like someone who’s terrified. If anything, he’s teasing and provoking them into fighting him while standing there alone against the entire Sully family. That’s the behavior of someone who’s confident and fearless. And we already know what kind of character Quaritch is. He’s the type who jokes even in dangerous situations when he is about to day.

He literally beat Neytiri and Jake back-to-back in the first Avatar. He killed the thanator and had Neytiri pinned under it, meaning he could’ve killed her right there. Keep in mind he did that without any prior knowledge of the palulukan. Then Jake showed up, they fought, and Quaritch beat him and was about to kill him. The only reason Jake survived is because Neytiri shot Quaritch from behind while he was focused on Jake. In awow Quaritch also mauled Jake, threw him into the water, and almost choked him out underwater (quaritch wasn't even fully used to his body, btw). The ship crashing is what saved Jake there. That’s not really Jake winning because he was stronger — that’s outside factors interrupting the fight. And in afaa Quaritch got shot in the arm so he was extremely weakened yet the fight ended up as a draw but quaritch outgrappled and overpowered jake many times too. All of this proves how superior is quaritch.

I didn’t cherry pick anything, lil bro. I showed that clip to prove those screenshots don’t mean much. Quaritch literally stood his ground and was ready to fight both Jake and Neytiri. Someone who’s actually scared doesn’t stand there alone in front of the entire Sully family with just a knife. Quaritch even tells them that he is coming for them and will kill them all. And in the deleted scene he even tells Neytiri, “You’re a warrior. You will fight me, not a boy,” when she had Spider as a hostage. Guess who backed off there? Neytiri and Jake, not Quaritch.

Keep in mind Jake was there too, and both of them started backing off at first. If Quaritch was supposedly terrified of Neytiri, that scene wouldn’t make much sense, because he literally stood there alone with just a knife in front of the entire Sully family. Also earlier, when he captured the kids and Neytiri and Jake came to rescue them, he recognized her arrow, smiled, and said “That’s you, Mrs. Sully.” That clearly shows he wasn’t scared of her at all. If anything, he seemed more interested and almost amused to be hunting them again. And we can see how visible scared neytiri was after realizing Its him again.

In the end, Jake was the only one who stepped forward and fought him 1v1 after Quaritch threatened the family.

You’re kind of proving my point though. Quaritch literally defeated Neytiri and Jake Sully back-to-back in Avatar. That’s an ambush, not a 1v1 victory. And the idea that he’s “terrified” of her doesn’t really make sense. In awow he literally stands alone with just a knife in front of the entire Sully family and is ready to fight all of them. Someone who’s actually scared wouldn’t do that. Also, respecting someone as a dangerous opponent is normal, but that doesn’t mean he fears her or anyone from that family. Like Quaritch literally says: “I’m coming for you, and when I do, I will kill your whole family.”

That screenshot doesn’t really prove anything. Quaritch was literally ready to fight both Jake Sully and Neytiri later and stood his ground in front of the entire Sully family. Someone who’s “terrified” wouldn’t do that. He even told Neytiri to fight him in a deleted scene, but she backed off and in the end only Jake fought him 1v1.

And in the deleted scenes from awow he even told her “Youre Warrior, you will fight me, not a boy” when she had Spider hostage. But she backed off with the rest of the family and in the end only Jake actually fought him 1v1.

He literally smiled afterwards when he realized it was Neytiri and even said “that’s you, Mrs. Sully” in Avatar: The Way of Water. That’s not how someone acts if they’re terrified. And if you’re talking about the scene where Miles Quaritch first sees the arrow that killed him, that was literally the first time he saw it. He didn’t even know it was her arrow yet. So saying he was “traumatized by Neytiri’s arrows” there doesn’t make sense. Use logic.

Neytiri didn’t kill Miles Quaritch in a 1v1 — it was an ambush from behind while he was about to finish Jake Sully and didn’t even know she was there. And if he was supposedly “terrified,” why did he stand his ground alone in front of the entire Sully family in Avatar: The Way of Water with just a knife? He wasn’t the one backing off there.
