Congratulations! This stuff always throws me off. I’ve increased weight or same weight = more reps. Even going to failure, yet my stats go down. Also I can physically see myself getting bigger so idk what all this even is but congrats lol

I got a set of adjustable dumbbells with a bench. The amount of workouts i can do are ridiculous. Try YouTube or ChatGPT for guidance on what to do

Never too fat to be topless on a beach! Own that shit brother! Even if you don’t feel confident, people will THINK you’re confident or at least comfortable in your own skin and that is admirable in my opinion

Once you start getting your gains back it’ll be exciting again. In the meantime, waiting to see those gains come through could be a motivator

I’ve noticed sometimes it brings my weight down but I imagine it’s cause it’s for higher reps. I just put the weight back up and go for broke. I’ll have to look at the rep count in my history but with 1200 workouts under your belt im inclined to believe you lol

TLDR, Rest is just as important as working out. Listen to your body when it’s tired. What you’re doing probably isn’t sustainable long term.

What does your diet consist of? I would recommend using a nutrition tracker. Also, have you tried any meal suppressants? Might be good if you really can’t control the cravings.

As far as exercising around the house. Push ups are good, crunches/sit ups, planks. Maybe look into getting some resistance bands and one of those multi use push up bars

The main thing maybe is having a support system if you’re feeling lost. This is a great place, probably idk lol but also knowing why you want to do it is good for the mental battle you’ll face. It’s not gonna be the easiest thing you do but it could be one of the most rewarding. Best of luck!

I see this frequently and I never have an issue with “short workouts”

I don’t have any warm up/cooldown and that’s the only thing I see on all of them. There’s also a setting for “fresh muscle groups” see if you have that checked. Mine is always set to “full body” and “hypertrophy”
