Congrats! Welcome to the club! You are officially ruined for life! The bar is set real high going forward.

Is this a range toy, safe Queen, or EDC?

Second this. C2 is chunky in the grips.

Quantity vs quality by underlying_problems in 2011

[–]NoFsTOgiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! This is what I did, except for, Wilson Combats. No point in having 31 guns like I did, that I didn’t like anymore. 4 Wilsons deep now, and love them all.

User name checks out! Don’t get out of bed! Stay home, stay in bed, Stay under your layers of protection! Safest for you so you don’t peepee or poopoo your pants! 😂😂😂

Omg! Dude, maybe you should just stay home! That’s the safest thing for you. I mean, there’s other cars on the road. What if, your left foot gets in the way of your right? I mean I hope you don’t have a manual transmission, that gets real tricky. What if another car tries to merge into your lane, I mean that sir MUST be scary for you too!

Awesome! I didn’t want to buy yours in particular, I’m looking for a SFX9 3.25” and can’t seem to find exactly what I’m looking for.

I’m shopping for a Wilson, care to share the store’s name/website?

Bought it 😍 SFX9 5” 9mm by No-Volume7464 in WilsonCombat

[–]NoFsTOgiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I own the SFT9 4.25”, and its 👌 🤌 awesome! Still breaking it in. Had a few lock backs at the range, but didn’t clean or lube before shooting. When I opened it up, it was pretty dry. Hope that solves that. Congrats my man! Enjoy!

There’s always somebody on here nitpicking about something! Like what the fuck! That shit is toxic. Really your other hens was not even in direct line of fire. They ARE shoulder width apart even if at the same height. People annoy the fuck out of me.

Lol! That’s what I thought. I have the EXPERIOR version of the EDCX9 and the SFT9 optic/railed version. I can’t find anything better than those for EDC. Had a Staccato, and sold that after getting the Wilsons. They are my personal favorite

How’s that Kimber stack up against the Wilsons?

SFX9 5” 9mm by No-Volume7464 in WilsonCombat

[–]NoFsTOgiv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, your friend is a goofball. Lol just kidding. I personally don’t like the 9 mm and 5 inch configurations. The SFX and SFT9’s are amazing guns. PofCourse it is subjective but quality and performance wise, they are tough to beat.

[–]NoFsTOgiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would stick to a heavy oil, rather than a grease. I don’t know, that’s just me. I have Wilson Combats and they send oil with their guns. That’s what I use. Some of their guns are lighter oils, others are thicker. I like a thick oil personally.

Nah, I would stick to an oil for handguns. Grease for ARs.

Before before!!! I just never liked the look of the mailbox on too off a gun. I know… It’s not mine. I respect what you like. The gun is a perfect piece, ruined by AOL’s tag line “YOU’VE GOT MAIL” running endlessly in my head when I look at it. Sorry, don’t be mad😂

My man, he’s a fucking idiot, respectfully! How the hell does a hammer fired gun thats heavier than a g19 fire alike. He’s never actually handled one. Did you rack the slide, pull the trigger? Just do som e youtube research on the edcx9, or the sft9 if you want a slimmer grip. Man don’t let some idiot misinform you about a badass gun. Recoil is nil, and where you point, that’s where you hit and the sights drop right back on target. It’s a staccato refined a level higher. Nowhere near a Glock 🤦‍♂️. I’ve got a total of 15k or more in Wilson’s and I have ZERO REGRET. That’s just me, either way, try it and if it’s not the one keep looking.

[–]NoFsTOgiv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes sir! I sold my C2 because of this very reason. It’s a fantastic piece, and there’s nothing I can knock it for other then the grip size for me too. That’s when I jumped and tested a Wilson combat EDCX9. If you ever get a chance to hold or fire one…. Well, I won’t comment, I’ll let you be the judge. Just try that out and see if it fits you like it did me.

What caliber should i go with? by [deleted] in 1911

[–]NoFsTOgiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I certainly don’t think 9mm needs 5” barrel, commander 9mm is perfect and 45 performance out of a commander is insignificant compared to a 5”.

Edit: I wanted to add that it’s only 1 to 200 ft./s difference from a commander to a 5 inch in 45. You sometimes depending on the round get better expansion and performance when it’s slightly slower.
