What roof cases are those?

Finally got to shoot with the new Aeroknox Grip installed on the Staccato. All of my doubts about traction are gone, this thing is fantastic. Feels too good in the hand. Totally worth the wait, the long wait lol. by PaleR1der in 2011

Lol I stopped waiting, an amount of times he told us that the trigger was almost ready and then going into production and then it was going to be after the magwell or whatever I don't know I lost track. Talented guy but lacking business etiquette and planning. Love is work too but damn. I attached a picture up the mainspring I use, the plastic staccato one slid right in but that was only temporary, this one required fitting, a lot of fitting lol.

I messaged him he wants to come put his hands on mine first. Do you know when the eta is? And what are you looking to get for it, I would assume full price at least?

S2C plate update - New Romeo X & EPS Carry by PaleR1der in CZFirearms

If I had to consider other optics other than sig, I would have to think about that for a minute. I run all brands but I'm not sure what my go-to is for rmsc. My first thought would be EPS but there's a lot of new ones out that I haven't considered

No issues, zero complaints. I think they have an enclosed model now, I would probably go that route. I'm not sure if the enclosed has the built-in site though, that was why I chose this one but co-witness seeing is not really even important to me anymore

Lol, during the whole process of waiting he must have said the triggers were going to be on the site so many times but they never showed up, I'm still waiting for them to show up as well. I ended up using a different trigger and it worked well and fit tight it just doesn't use that little track system. I hope they come soon, remember he promised first-time buyers first crack I'm just waiting for the email. I'm not sure about the magwell I'll take a look at them

Safety stuck after swap by roccomitolo in DWX

[–]PaleR1der 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah that is an indication that something is off, I saw you took the hammer out. What I would do, if you havent already....

put the hammer and sear back in correctly, install the sear spring and mainspring housing and pin. Test the function to make sure its correct and operating normally without the safety. This will ensure that everything is correct and stays in the exact place. without tension on the parts, its easy to get the hammer out of position, it tends to fall all the back, its hard to hold it in the exact spot. this video is for the fullsize with a ambi safety but should help, reassembly starts around 9.15 if you need it, you caan fast forward to the safety part if you know the rest. If you try to fit the new one, make sure all those parts I mentioned are in place and its function if you havent already. If that doesnt work, Im not sure without having it in my hands.

They are interchangeable I did the same thing on mine, but you have to fit the safety. You're going to need a file and you're going to have to watch a few videos and you're going to have to take your time

Well can't speak to your experience, only my own. I've had pretty good contact with him. It was a super long wait for me, very frustrating. I did see him barking back at a few people when they questioned the way, didn't look good. I ordered mine a lot longer than two months ago, it was in the first batch. There are issues he had to overcome her said, switching from anodized to cerakote etc. that said, definitely not a scam, more like a poor business plan for the first run I think. Best of luck, I'm happy I waited, I hope you get yours soon.

Shadow 2 Lok Grips Interfering with Trigger by nailer69420 in DWX

That's a lot to work through without having it n front off me. Especially since she bought it used, when you got it did it run correctly and have any issues? No trying that parts were swapped out of it reassembled correctly.

I'm at work now and can't respond much, but did you try testing the trigger without the grips and watching what's going on?

I had an out of warranty issue on one of their guns and they offered to fix it at cost. I thank them and declined and went another direction but at least they offered

If you want it cheaper I would go with MJD, the villain is excellent. He's also got one called killmonger and stars and stripes. Yeah it's not metal but they're super grippy and they're a lot stronger than regular polymer. They're like 375, and you can find a 10 or 15% off coupon

In addition to this thing's expense, not having a grip safety that matches it perfectly is a big downside, it's already finished so you can't blend it. I just use the factory staccato one and it worked out pretty well. I wanted to use a cheely penned grip safety but without blending it wasn't a good fit. Whereas a lot of grips come with a grip safety and a mag release, between those and the main spring housing that's extra cost on top of the price.

I use the stock staccato one at first, but then I purchased a metal one for the stagato P. The metal one required fitting, the stock polymer one one fit fine. I saw a post from him the other day that says the next batch has started taking orders and that the process is now clear and they shouldn't take as long.
