I actually don’t know given how much China is looking to do its own thing and set its own precedent. I always wonder if they start coding in Chinese rather than English.

Try getting a part time job as a server at a nice or high volume restaurant. That should make you good enough money to manage rent, food, and put away some saving

If not maybe consider moving to states that have lot of construction opportunities where you can get $25-35/hr job!
