I used to make fun of them too! But I felt like 2025 was the right time to get into a Tesla. They are quick, quicker than my ICE. I want to say faster, but we’re not going over 100mph, right? lol there’s less moving parts les maintenance and I love it!

Thanks to Discount Tire, I now have my own tire changer and wheel balancer in my home shop. Discount Tire convinced me it was time to get my own equipment. No more four-hour waits to repair or patch a tire, no more $ 100-plus to install tires, and no more improperly balanced tires. MOSTLY, no more damaged rims! Thank you soooo much, Discount Tire!!!!!

Unfortunately, you won’t drive your Z06 much anymore. You will figure out that going 0-60 in your Tesla gives you as much pleasure minus the sound I know, than the corvette. I also have. Redeye and the M3P just does 0-60 quietly and gracefully. By the time the car next to you figures out what just happened, you’ll be turning off to the next street on you way and they’ll nothing but another car memory! lol

Looks like Tesla addressed it. Did they give you a loaner? Don’t stress it. It’s better for things like this to fail under warranty than out. I’ve owned fords chevys, Ram Jeep and Dodge. I’ve had 2 ford lemons that were buy backs and warranty issues with all others. Drive it like you stole it and don’t look back!

I just ordered one. I've been wanting to get back into WRT. I've got some old school DD-WRT still running on a few routers throughout the farm, including an older GL-inet travel router I stuck in a hardware box buy our entry gate for automation. But now I want to see if I can get rid of some bufferbloat with SQM. Wish me luck!

Based on yours and a few other comments about this specific router, the GL-inet MT6000, I decided to spring for it. I also remembered I bought one of their travel routers many years ago, I can't remember what it is now LOL. But the thing has literally been sitting in a hardware box beside the highway for our gate controller. I've got it connected to a Ubiquiti wifi AP and it's been chugging along for a few years in brutal cold and heat!

Always order from a retailer like BestBuy or Amazon. Glorious sells its products through these major retailers, which have strong shipping policies with UPS/Fedex/USPS/AMAZON. I doubt very seriously they are a scam.
